Cancellation conditions

General cancellation deadlines

• Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival: In this case, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total will be charged by 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After 12:00 p.m., the first night will be charged at 100%.
  8 weeks before arrival: 30% of the package price
  6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the package price
  4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the package price

Non-arrival (no-show)

• If the booking is not canceled before 12 noon on the day of arrival and the guest does not arrive, the entire booking amount (100%) will be charged.

Group bookings (from 5 rooms)

• Free Cancellation: Group reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: A cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Special rates and non-refundable bookings

• Bookings with special rates (e.g. early booking discount, handyrate) or non-refundable rates are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be specified at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be canceled free of charge and the full amount is due in the event of cancellation or no-show.

Special agreements

• Individual cancellation agreements for special events or group trips larger than 10 rooms, as well as conferences, must be recorded in writing in advance.

Force majeure

• In the event that the cancellation is due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics or government travel bans), the hotel reserves the right to make individual arrangements.
