Cancellation free of charge: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival: In this case a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged until 12 noon on the day of arrival . After 12 noon the 1st night will be charged at 100%.
Non-arrival (no-show)
If the booking is not canceled before 12 noon on the day of arrival and the guest does not arrive, the entire booking amount (100%) will be charged.
Group bookings (from 5 rooms)
Cancellation free of charge: Group bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival
Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Stornierungen innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor Anreise: Es wird eine Stornierungsgebühr von 80 % des gesamten Buchungsbetrages erhoben.
Special rates and non-refundable bookings
Bookings with special rates (e.g. early booking discount, handyrate) or non-refundable rates are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be specified at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be canceled free of charge and the full amount is due in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Special agreements
Individual cancellation agreements for special events or group trips larger than 10 rooms, as well as conferences, must be recorded in writing in advance.

Force majeure
